I’m a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, Functional Medicine Practitioner, and Women's health coach. I help driven women navigate the massive biological shift of perimenopause. My approach combines targeted gut healing, blood sugar stability, and nervous system regulation to help my clients shed stubborn weight, clear the brain fog, and finally feel like themselves again.
I stepped into this work because I know exactly what it feels like to wake up in a body you don't recognize. For years, I have watched women be handed generic diets, told to "just work out harder," or dismissed by doctors who said our symptoms were just "part of getting older." I realized we didn't lack willpower; we lacked a biological playbook for our changing hormones.
Now, I spend my days helping women stop fighting their metabolism and start giving their bodies the exact foundation they need to thrive.
