I did everything "right." I worked out, ate better than most, and pushed through my busy days. But as I entered this new season of life, the rules suddenly changed. I found myself exhausted, battling daily brain fog, and mood swings that came out of nowhere. I knew the answers, because I had done the research, so what was I missing?Â
I refused to accept burnout as my new normal, and I knew other women shouldn't have to, either. I dove deep into the biology of our changing hormones and realized that midlife women don't lack willpower—we just lack the right biological playbook. Learning how to actually support MY body changed everything for me, and it became my mission to help other driven women find their way out of the hormonal dark, too.

As a health coach, my approach is rooted in one core belief: your body isn't broken, it just needs a new strategy. I don't believe in cookie-cutter meal plans, restrictive fasting, or exhausting boot camps that only spike your stress hormones.
